Virtual Mental Health Therapy in Providence, RI and throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts
Embedded Files
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or feeling "stuck," therapy can help you move forward. I offer private, compassionate sessions tailored to your needs so you feel supported and secure. I provide in-person therapy in Providence, RI, and and telehealth sessions for clients across RI and MA.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is one-on-one counseling with a trained therapist in a safe, private, and affirming space. I support clients to reflect, understand your patterns, and develop practical strategies to move forward with clarity and intention.
Therapy for Teens and Adolescents
Teen and adolescent counseling provides your child with a safe space to talk with a trusted and trained therapist about what’s going on in their lives. I help teens explore and express their thoughts and feelings, work through challenges related to school, friendships, family, and identity, and develop healthy coping skills to support their growth and well-being.
Why Virtual Therapy?
Virtual therapy (also know as telehealth or online counseling) helps your mental health therapy fit into your life. We can plan around your busy schedule, whether that's during your lunch break or when you have a gap between meetings or other appointments. Virtual therapy sessions provide clients with unmatched convenience through a HIPAA-compliant video call platform to protect your confidentiality, and the ability to meet from the comfort of your home or work.
