Therapy is a investment in your healing journey. Here’s what you need to know about fees, insurance, and why some clients prefer an out-of-network provider.

Submit superbills for out of network benefits: Working with an out-of-network therapist can give you more choice, flexibility, and more privacy in your treatment. If you would like to try and access your “Out of Network” insurance benefits, I can provide you with a form (called a Superbill), which you can submit to your insurance company to try, and receive reimbursement.
If you want to try this, it is recommended calling the number on the back of your insurance card to find out what your specific plan’s policy is for out of network mental health providers.
Virtual therapy (also know as telehealth or online counseling) helps your mental health therapy fit into your life. We can plan around your busy schedule, whether that's during your lunch break or when you have a gap between meetings or other appointments. Virtual therapy sessions provide clients with unmatched convenience through a HIPAA-compliant video call platform to protect your confidentiality, and the ability to meet from the comfort of your home or work.
I currently provide telehealth therapy, with video call and phone call options for clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I use SimplePractice, which is a secure and HIPAA-compliant system for video calls and documentation.
